You may return or exchange any shoes unworn in factory new condition 
with no visible creases in the skin for a refund minus shipping costs within 30 days of order date.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the shoes you would like to exchange or return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
Due to the high value of the shoes we sell, we will not ship any order to an address other than the billing address of the credit card.
Any Package Returned without a Return Authorization Number Will Be Refused. Please email us for a Return Authorization Number Request and you will be instructed on how to Return or Exchange Your Order.
If You are not Satisfied with Your Purchase, We will Refund your money on Brand New Merchandise Received by Us Within 30 days of Order Placement that has all original Tags Intact and Original Packaging Minus the Shipping Costs of $14.95. If your order has already been exchanged once, your order will be considered Final. Sorry, No Refunds or Exchanges on Altered Items.
